European Logistics and Distribution
G-REP established the European Logistics and Distribution (ELAD) platform in 2016, creating and managing three funds with a combined AUM of over €1bn, with ELAD I & II fully divested and ELAD Core+ partners a cash-yielding long-term hold. The platform has established relationships with a number of Europe’s best developers and continues to nurture these relationships for future pipelines. ELAD currently has a secured pipeline of 315,000 m2 across Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy and Poland.
London Office Opportunity Partnership
G-REP has over 30 years of UK experience having successfully developed and managed over 165,000 m2 of office assets in some of the most prestigious locations in the West End and City of London. The platform currently manages a £250m value-add office portfolio spanning 30,000 m2 on behalf of Japanese co-investors focusing on value-add returns along prime London transport nodes.
European Living
G-REP entered the European living sector in 2019 by acquiring a market leading student housing business, growing this platform from 1,000 to 4,500 operational beds and achieving over a 20% IRR for the latest investor. The platform focuses on high-growth assets in undersupplied markets. The platform has a secured pipeline of 1,500 beds across three European markets and continues to focus on new opportunities in core undersupplied markets.
European Renewables
The business entered the renewable energy market in 2021 to pursue sustainable investment across the UK and Europe. Since 2021, it has overseen the development of over 1GW of solar and wind assets and acquired a majority stake in an operational renewable energy business.
